Shake the bottle vigorously for at least 5 seconds before each use. Hold 4–6 inches from the scalp for even coverage—closer to 4 inches for coily hair types. Work in sections, applying just one spray per section. A little goes a long way, so only add more if needed. Massage into the scalp, then brush through or style as usual. Always replace the cap after use to keep the nozzle clean and protected. If your hair feels gritty or powdery, it may be a sign you've applied too much.
