RETURN OR EXCHANGE 

Return policy  

If you are not satisfied after receipt of your order, you can return or exchange it within a 14-day period starting from the date of purchase. Article must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. If this is not the case, the exchange or return will be declined. 

The warranty never applies to defects that arise as a result of accidents, neglect, falls, use of the article contrary to the purpose for which it was designed, adjustments or changes to the item, or any other abnormal or incorrect use.   

Return process 
Please complete this on-line form for return if applicable turn or exchange your goods. 

This form should be filled out completely and correctly, do not forget your order number, postal code and reason for return or exchange.  You will receive an address label you can print for shipment. 

When the goods are received in good condition, they will be refunded or exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Shipping cost for the return or exchange will not be refunded. 

Cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted.
